Deployment Project Coordinator (EAME)Coordinate end-to-end hotel technology deployments for Hotel Collection properties across the EAME region. This role manages day-to-day project execution, aligns activities to program standards, and partners with hotel teams, corporate stakeholders, vendors, and regional deployment groups to ensure smooth implementation from kickoff through hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate hotel tech deployments from initiation to hypercare.
- Lead kickoff meetings, define timelines, roles, and expectations.
- Maintain project plans and coordinate configuration, onboarding, testing, training, cutover, and go-live.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with hotel leadership,



corporate teams, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in project coordination or project management, ideally in hotel tech deployments.
- Opera Cloud PMS experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- Experience working with hotel operations, leadership, vendors, and corporate teams.
- Strong planning, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM tools. xugodme
- Comfortable working across time zones; willingness to travel for deployments.
- Hotel operations experience is a must
