In this role you will manage and grow relationships with high value players, tailoring experiences across products while prioritizing player safety. You will work within a small team to support the HVC program, loyalty initiatives, and the overall player lifecycle, contributing to strategy execution. You will partner with Product, CS, CRM, Marketing, and Events to drive activity and profitable engagement.
