We offer comprehensive CRO capabilities supporting both full-service and modular approaches across the entire development lifecycle and post-marketing phases for pharmaceutical, biotech, and public health partners.P95 JC is seeking an experienced and motivated Data Management Programme Lead to take ownership of a dedicated sponsor portfolio, providing leadership across one or more clinical studies while serving as a trusted partner to the sponsor. This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines Clinical Data Management expertise, programme oversight, sponsor engagement, team development, and operational planning. The successful candidate will work closely with both sponsor stakeholders and internal teams to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant delivery of Data Management activities throughout the study lifecycle. The Data Management Programme Lead will play a key role in driving delivery excellence, building strong sponsor relationships, supporting team growth and development,



and continuously improving ways of working to ensure successful study outcomes.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary Data Management contact for an assigned sponsor or sponsor programmeDevelop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with sponsor stakeholdersProvide strategic and operational oversight across one or more clinical studiesLead or contribute to sponsor governance meetings, study planning discussions, and operational reviewsProactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities, driving timely resolution and continuous improvementSupport, mentor, and develop Data Management professionals working on the assigned programmeFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, quality, and continuous learningSupport study budget oversight, forecasting, and resource planning activitiesMonitor programme performance and utilisation to support efficient deliveryChampion data quality, inspection readiness, and compliance across assigned studiesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and standardisationContribute to departmental initiatives that strengthen Data Management capabilities and service deliveryExperience RequiredExtensive experience (minimum of 6 years) within Clinical Data Management in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research environment,Experience leading Data Management activities across multiple clinical studies or programmesExperience working directly with sponsors and building strong client relationshipsExperience coordinating or leading teams, projects, programmes, or functional initiativesExpert knowledge of clinical trial processes across start‑up, conduct and close‑outExperience driving process improvements and implementing best practices within Data ManagementPeople leadership, mentoring, coaching, or team development activitiesStrong problem‑solving and decision‑making skillsFluency in English, both written and verbal#J-18808-Ljbffr
