We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join a large-scale Software Engineering program focused on Program Control Services. In this role, you will act as a servant leader, facilitator, and Agile coach, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while fostering continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration across the organization.

The position is based in Spain and follows a hybrid working model, combining remote work with office attendance to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

It is mandatory to reside in Spain and hold a valid work permit for Spain.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring effective execution and alignment with delivery objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional software engineering teams, managing dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery commitments across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to maintain backlog health, prioritize work, and maximize business value.
- Monitor and analyze Agile delivery metrics, including velocity, burndown, cycle time, and lead time, driving continuous improvement initiatives and delivery predictability. Required Qualifications- Minimum 6 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Project Lead, or similar Agile delivery role.
- Minimum 6 years of experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies within software engineering environments.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for software development teams.




- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale software projects involving multiple teams and complex dependencies.
- Experience using Agile metrics including velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, lead time, and sprint performance indicators.
- English level B2/C1 mandatory.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering Teams, Architects, Business Stakeholders, and Program Leadership.
- Ability to identify, manage, and resolve delivery impediments and organizational blockers. Preferred Qualifications- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or PSM II).
- SAFe Agilist certification.
- Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
- Experience with Build Management practices.
- Experience with Configuration & Release Management processes.
- Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms. It is required to have knowledge and experience in the use of generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to the workplace, in line with Accenture’s commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.
