Experteer Overview
In this role you will align people strategy with business goals as Innovamat scales in a multinational education company. You will partner with senior leaders to shape organizational structures, leadership development, and culture, driving performance and wellbeing while embedding data-driven HR practices. You’ll bridge Talent Acquisition and management, implement 360 evaluations, and coach leaders to foster an autonomous, high-performing organization. This is a high-impact, hands-on strategic role with a focus on sustainable growth and people-centric execution.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master in HR, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business, or related field
• ~4 years of experience as People Business Partner or HR generalist/strategic role
• Strong knowledge of organizational structures, including matrix environments
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan a plus
• Experience in global and multicultural settings a plus
