Senior Consultant – Stanton Chase Spain

Stanton Chase Spain is part of Stanton Chase, a leading general Executive Search and Leadership Advisory firm with a presence across more than 40 countries.

Our Spanish partnership has a strong track record in Board and senior executive appointments . While we have particular sector expertise in Industrial, Manufacturing and Agribusiness , much of our work is cross-sector, covering Board Members, CEOs, General Managers, Country Managers and senior functional executives in areas such as Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, etc...

As part of our next stage of growth, we are looking for a Senior Consultant or Partner who can help us expand into sectors where we see significant potential, particularly Professional & Business Services, Technology & IT, Construction & Infrastructure, Consumer & Services , as well as other complementary industries.

Objective of the Position

Develop new business and build a sustainable client portfolio, combining business development, senior client advisory and the execution of Board and Executive Search assignments .

The successful candidate will be able to develop his/her own sector or area of expertise while leveraging Stanton Chase Spain's existing capabilities and the firm's international Industry and Functional Practice Groups .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage a strong portfolio of senior-level clients.
- Generate new business and identify opportunities in sectors with growth potential.
- Build relationships with Board Members, CEOs, shareholders, investors and senior HR executives .
- Originate and lead Board, CEO, General Management, Country Management and senior functional searches .
- Lead client proposals, pitches and long-term account development.




- Work closely with our Research team throughout the search and assessment process.
- Leverage Stanton Chase's international network and Practice Groups to generate referrals, cross-border assignments and access specialist expertise.
- Actively contribute to the growth and development of Stanton Chase Spain.

Skills & Experience We are looking for a commercially driven senior professional with a strong network, market knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset .

Previous Executive Search or Leadership Advisory experience would be highly valued. We would equally value senior line management experience gained in functional leadership roles within companies, such as Human Resources, Finance, Banking, Technology & IT, Operations, Commercial or other corporate functions. with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a proven ability to develop business, and the credibility to build relationships at C-Suite and Board level.

Experience in Technology, IT, Professional & Business Services, Construction & Infrastructure, Banking, Consumer & Services , or other sectors complementary to our existing strengths would be particularly relevant.

Fluency in Spanish and English and experience in international environments are important.
