The collaboration

We are looking for a senior graphic designer to work with us on a freelance contract basis, in a hybrid setup between remote and our Barcelona base. This is for a designer with a vision and the craft to back it. You will make our most important stories look extraordinary, from an investor deck that decides a funding round to a commercial pitch that wins a key account. You will work hand in hand with our Chief Marketing and Design Officer, who leads this collaboration directly.

You will

- Design investor, board and commercial presentations end to end, taking raw content and turning it into a visual narrative
- Turn complex numbers and product stories into clear, elegant data visualisation
- Design brand and campaign assets across digital, print and social
- Apply and evolve our brand system so everything we publish is unmistakably ours
- Bring your own creative direction to the table, not only polish what you are handed





What we are looking for

- 5+ years in graphic design, with presentation design as a genuine strength and not a side task
- A portfolio that shows decks you designed end to end, plus wider brand and editorial work
- An obsessive eye for detail. You know where a line of text should sit, which typeface carries the message, how much space it needs to breathe
- Mastery of typography, grid, layout and hierarchy, for screen and for print
- Strong data visualisation instincts
- Fluency in Figma and the Adobe suite, plus high-level PowerPoint or Keynote skills
- Experience designing for B2B or SaaS brands. Hospitality, travel or lifestyle is a plus
- Established as a freelancer, confident presenting and defending your ideas, and able to deliver fast under tight deadlines
- English at professional level. Spanish or French welcome

Nice to have Motion and animated slides, illustration, HTML-based presentation formats.
