Junior Revenue Manager – Hotel Group

Nestia Hospitality Group operates 5 hotels across Belgium under international brands such as Radisson and Accor, from the Ardennes to Liège and the coast. WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Monitor and adjust room rates, packages and promotions across all channels (brand website, OTA's, GDS)
- Manage inventory and availability to optimise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR
- Follow up & prepare daily pick-up, weekly performance and monthly reports for management
- Analyse competitor pricing, market trends and booking patterns
- Support the preparation of forecasts and budgets
- Work closely with our, Revenue and Finance manager,



General Managers and Sales & Marketing teams on pricing, promotions and channel decisions
- Help test new tools and approaches, including AI-driven pricing and forecasting

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AFTER YEAR 1

- You independently run daily pricing and reporting for 5 hotels
- You've contributed to hitting our ADR and RevPAR budgets
- You've led at least one improvement project

WHO YOU ARE

Must-haves:

- Bachelor's degree in hotel management, economics or similar
- 0–2 years of experience in revenue, reservations, front office or hotel sales
- Strong with numbers and Excel
- Fluent in English; French & Dutch is a plus

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience with a PMS, RMS or channel manager (e.g. Mews, Opera, IDeaS, Duetto, SiteMinder)
- Interest in data analytics or automation

WHAT WE OFFER

- Gross monthly salary of €2500
- Permanent, full-time contract (38h/week)
