E&I; Supervisor – Project ONE

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising E&I; activities within the INEOS Project ONE ethane cracker in Antwerp. You will supervise E&I; contractors and monitor the progress, quality and safety of the work. You will work closely with construction, mechanical, commissioning and planning teams. This role requires extensive experience with E&I; supervision on large refinery or petrochemical projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise E&I; activities during construction and commissioning
- Supervise and coordinate E&I; contractors and subcontractors in the field
- Monitor progress, quality and compliance with project specifications




- Coordinate E&I; activities with other disciplines and project teams
- Ensure safe execution of all E&I; work in accordance with HSE requirements

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience as an E&I; Supervisor in a similar role within a refinery or petrochemical/chemical plant
- Extensive experience supervising E&I; installation activities on large-scale industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation, testing and commissioning
- Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills with a hands-on approach
