JD Logistics is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in achieving high standards of safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will coordinate warehouse activities, ensure efficient workflow, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilitie

- sLead, motivate, and supervise a team of warehouse associates during assigned shifts
- .Plan and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- .Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved
- .Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational procedures
- .Conduct daily shift briefings and communicate operational priorities
- .Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees to improve performance and skills
- .Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and stock investigations




- .Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency

Qualificatio

- nsMinimum of 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership rol
