In this role you will lead ABB Motion Spain’s health, safety and sustainability strategy to foster a high-performance culture. You will partner with management, project leaders and field teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risks and embed sustainable practices across services, projects, workshops, sales and offices.
You’ll drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and visibility of safety metrics. The role offers strategic influence within ABB’s integral HSE network and a mission-driven opportunity to decarbonise and reduce environmental footprint.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead Motion's HSE Specialist team and contribute to the SPP
- Design and implement the global HSE and Sustainability strategy for the Motion division
- Oversee risk management and operational safety across workshops, projects and field services
- Drive environmental sustainability projects (decarbonisation, energy efficiency, footprint reduction)
and monitor ESG indicators
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Spanish health and safety and environmental laws; maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001"
- Collaborate with management, project managers, contractors and customers; promote data analytics-based decisions and lessons learned from incidents
Responsabilidades
- Master in Occupational Risk Prevention
- Experience in Sustainability/ESG or ISO audits/root-cause methodologies is a plus
- Over 10 years’ HSE management experience with direct team leadership
- Experience in contractor management and safety at customer sites
- Ability to translate risk management into business value
- Excellent communication and multi-stakeholder management; data-driven decision-making with KPIs
- Fluency in English and Spanish
