Senior Business Development Specialist - Payment Systems Team

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to join our Payment Systems Team. In this role, you will serve as a pivotal leader within the Payment Systems Team and act as the strategic right-hand to the Head of Payment Partnerships, taking end-to-end ownership of our payment ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Leadership

Right-Hand to Head of Partnerships: Collaborate directly with leadership to define payment expansion strategies, anticipate future infrastructure needs, and meet ambitious regional targets.




Mentorship & Team Support

Support, train, and onboard new team members; serve as a subject matter expert and mentor on complex payment workflows and high-risk regulatory nuances.
Escalation & Case Management

Act as the primary point of contact and authority for resolving difficult operational, technical, or partner-related issues.
Banking & Alternative Payment Coverage

Banking Solutions: Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships for corporate accounts, client operational accounts, and high-volume banking rails.
Alternative Payment Systems & Crypto

Expand and manage relationships with integral PSPs, local payment methods, card acquirers, and cryptocurrency payment gateways.
High-Risk Operations

Navigate complex high-risk merchant account environments, ensuring robust operational continuity, chargeback mitigation, and regulatory alignment.
Commercials, Integration & Performance Negotiation
