Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming contacts via phone, email, chat, and other channels to resolve user inquiries

- Log cases accurately in the system and provide timely responses within service level agreements

- Maintain a deep understanding of services and products tailored to the electric vehicle industry





- Collaborate with teammates and offer support during absences or increased workloads

- Fulfill administrative duties such as tracking leave and attending scheduled sessions

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives led by your Supervisor or Mentor

- Maintain high standards of quality, service performance, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Are proficient or bilingual in Danish and fluent in English xhfqzwm

- Have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment

- Possess basic IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office, internet settings)

- Show a proactive attitude and enjoy helping people

- Are capable of taking ownership and solving customer issues efficientlyBring experience from the automotive or electric vehicle industry – a strong advantage

- Are naturally collaborative, adaptable, and eager to grow
