Operations Manager – Luxury Resort Opening

- Smyth & Co is exclusively recruiting an exceptional Operations Manager for an exciting new luxury opening within one of Marbella's leading resorts.
- We are looking for a polished and commercially minded operator with strong experience managing high-end, high-volume restaurants.
- Senior operational experience within luxury restaurants, hotels or resorts
- Strong commercial awareness and control of budgets, labour and profitability
- A genuine understanding of luxury service and the Spanish or Mediterrean market
- Fluent xbhjioe English, with Spanish highly advantageous
- This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious xhfqzwm luxury project from the beginning and grow with the operation as further concepts open.
