An established training organization in the private education sector is looking for a Hospitality and Catering Instructor to join their team in Palma, Mallorca. In this role, you will take charge of delivering high-quality vocational training, helping students build the practical and theoretical foundations needed for a successful career in gastronomy and hospitality.
Your main responsibilities will center on creating an engaging and structured learning environment.
- Delivering both theoretical and practical classes in hospitality and catering.
- Designing didactical programming and structuring syllabus content according to course objectives.
- Preparing learning materials, organizing practical demonstrations, and guiding student exercises.
- Evaluating learner progress and providing constructive guidance to foster professional growth.
To be considered for this position,
you must demonstrate solid vocational and teaching credentials. The requirements for this role include:
- At least 1,900 hours of documented teaching and training experience in hospitality, catering, or related fields.
- Relevant educational background and vocational training in the hospitality sector.
- High level of proficiency in Catalan (both spoken and written).
- Strong pedagogical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to teach on-site in Palma during scheduled afternoon hours.
What this position offers:
