Your primary mission will be to provide comprehensive support to the company in both labor relations and occupational health and safety. You will assist in maintaining high standards of workplace well-being, monitoring regulatory compliance, and guiding internal processes in line with current legal frameworks. By coordinating occupational risk assessments and labor-related matters, you will ensure a safe, organized, and legally compliant working environment across the organization.

To qualify for this position, you must fulfill the following essential requirements:

- A completed Master's degree or Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), which is mandatory.

- A recognized university degree in either Labor Relations or Law (one of the two is strictly required).

- At least one year of professional experience in a comparable labor relations and health and safety role.

- Strong professional dedication to compliance, legal adherence, and workplace risk management.

What this position offers you:

- A permanent employment contract (contrato indefinido) providing long-term stability.

- Full-time employment scheduled from Monday to Friday with rotating shifts (either 9:00 to 17:00 or 10:00 to 18:00), with free weekends.
