Our client is looking for an Application Support and Incident Management specialist to join a hybrid team in Barcelona, handling application incidents and service requests and keeping systems running smoothly for end users.

Key skills and Experience required

-

- Minimum 1 year’s experience in Application Support and Incident Management

- Experience managing, troubleshooting and resolving application incidents and xhfqzwm service requests

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management

- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow

- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
