In this full-time position, you will work on a permanent contract, providing essential administrative and organizational support to the technical department.

In your day-to-day work, you will handle diverse tasks that keep operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities include:

- Managing, reviewing, and monitoring work orders and technician intervention reports before invoicing.

- Planning and coordinating visits, repairs, preventive maintenance contracts, and follow-up appointments.

- Preparing quotes, requesting prices, and placing orders for materials, components, and spare parts.

- Managing technical documentation, equipment records,



and support files for RITE and RSIF regulatory compliance.

- Communicating directly with clients, suppliers, and field technicians to ensure work is completed properly.

- Assisting the Technical Director with departmental administration and continuous improvement of internal procedures.

To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications:

- Completed secondary education (ESO or equivalent).

- At least 12 months of relevant work experience.

- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, as well as inventory and budgeting software. xhfqzwm

- A valid driving license (Category B).

- Previous experience in the HVAC, commercial refrigeration, or HORECA equipment sector is highly valued.

The position offers a permanent contract starting in October 2026, with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00. The gross annual salary is 23,400 €.
