Data Product Manager – Job DescriptionSCRM – LIDL Digital HubAbout the roleIn the Insights Services area, our mission is to deliver standard analytical tools & insights of a loyalty program with more than 120M users to 25+ countries and international departments..As a Data Product Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between stakeholders, end-users, and technical execution teams. You will lead requirement discovery, partner with Product Owners on backlog prioritization, and proactively manage the impact of upstream data changes across our analytics ecosystem. By monitoring consumption patterns and user engagement across our analytical products, you will translate operational insights into high-value product iterations that drive measurable business outcomes.Ready to be part of the challenge? ðIn this Role, you’ll get toðIdentify opportunities to optimize our product portfolio .Define and monitor key usage metrics to understand product consumption patterns.Conduct user research and feedback sessions to uncover unaddressed analytical needs.Conduct hands-on exploratory analysis on data assets to test business hypotheses and quantify potential product value.Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories, technical specifications and clear acceptance criteria for analytical products.Collaborate with the Product Owner and Squad Tech Lead to prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, effort and strategic alignment.Required Skills ð§SQL knowledge.Technical literacy.German (Nice to have).Communicative Analytic skills.Ownership and proactive mindset.Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.Demonstrable experience in a similar role.Exceptional stakeholder management skills.Experience with BI & Data visualization tools.Fluency in English to work in a multi-cultural environment.High level of organization and excellent management skills.Empathy/passion for dealing with internal and external customers.
