Responsabilidades Develop and execute commercial strategies to strengthen market position and drive profitable growth across territories and customer segments
Lead, coach and develop the commercial team to achieve targets and maintain a high-performance culture
Monitor performance via KPIs and ensure effective execution of commercial plans
Build long-term relationships with key customers and lead negotiations with strategic accounts




Drive market analysis and business intelligence to identify trends and opportunities for the product portfolio
Provide strategic leadership across commercial and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence
Ensure consistent corporate image and communication strategy across functions and touchpoints
Requisitos principales University degree in scientific, engineering or business-related disciplines
MBA or further studies in Business Management, Sales and/or Marketing valued
Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role within a B2B industrial environment
Demonstrated success in leading, developing and motivating commercial teams
Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
