Schedule: Shifts between 07:00–16:00, 8-hour shifts About the Role
We are looking for German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service
Agents to join a customer support team in Madrid. You will provide
professional assistance to customers while using your fluent German
and Spanish communication skills. Your Responsibilities Provide
customer support and assistance Communicate with customers in
German and Spanish Handle customer inquiries in a professional and
solution-oriented manner Ensure a high level of customer
satisfaction Follow the required processes and procedures

Comprehensive training Initial 3-month temporary contract , with
the intention to convert to a permanent contract Shift-based
schedule Multiple start dates available Training Training is
mandatory and will take place: First 3 weeks: 09:00–15:00 Following
period: 09:00–16:00 Final week: 09:00–17:00 The application process
also includes a German video recording and a handwritten cover
letter .
