One of the companies we partner with at Joppy is looking to hire an AI Engineer passionate about designing, building, and deploying intelligent automation systems to solve complex real-world challenges. * Architect and deliver AI solutions, balancing latency, cost, and accuracy * Focus on efficiency, continuously seeking optimization opportunities in code and systems * Own AI observability end-to-end: monitor traces, design evaluation frameworks, and rapidly improve deployed models * Develop backend and frontend code to integrate AI capabilities into products * Lead your own project management and roll out initiatives to customers * Engage with customers to validate new solutions and gather feedback * 2+ years of hands-on experience building production-ready AI systems * Strong understanding of emerging AI models, research, and real-world usage * Experience with modern AI-powered development tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) * Demonstrated ability to design, debug,
