IT Specialist (Systems & Network) Alcobendas (On-site) | Full-time What will you do? You’ll be part of the team ensuring that the company’s IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This is not just a basic support role — you’ll have real impact on daily operations. * Providing technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network) * Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, servers, and network systems * Troubleshooting incidents and resolving technical issues end-to-end * Managing network infrastructure (routers, switches, connectivity) * Installing and maintaining business applications (Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM) * Managing IT inventory and software licenses * Supporting backup systems and data integrity * Maintaining technical documentation (systems, configurations, incidents)
