As Technical Director for Industrial Solutions Development, you will lead a team delivering Siemens OPCENTER-based solutions within IDOM’s Digital Transformation group. You’ll align functional requirements with technical design, ensure code quality, and collaborate with architects and project managers to drive delivery. You will coach the team, promote innovation, and oversee technical documentation. This role blends hands‑on leadership with strategic shaping of industrial software projects in an international setting.

- Experience with agile and traditional methodologies
- Proficient in Azure DevOps and JIRA
- Advanced knowledge of Git and CI/CD
- In‑depth knowledge of Siemens Opcenter Execution
- Experience with Opcenter Core, Intelligence, and APS
- Experience in ERP and SCADA integrations
- Knowledge of Java, C#, SQL Server, and REST APIs
- Strong teamwork skills and technical rigor
