value-added solutions. To strengthen our Commercial team, we are
looking for a Sales Manager Used GSE (m/f/d) In this role, you will
be responsible for driving the global sales of used Ground Support
Equipment (GSE). You will identify market opportunities, build
long-term customer relationships, and manage the entire sales
process from prospecting and negotiation through to delivery. As a
key representative of HiSERV, you will help expand our
international footprint and maximize the value of our used
equipment portfolio. Remote (Europe-based), with frequent
international travel. Preferred proximity to one of our operational
hubs in Spain (Madrid, Palma) or Portugal (Lisbon) Your
Responsibilities Drive the integral sales of used Ground Support
Equipment to increase revenue, margin, and market share Identify
and develop new markets and customer segments for used equipment
Build and maintain lasting relationships with airlines, ground
handling companies, airports, and equipment dealers Manage the full
sales cycle,



including lead generation, customer visits,
quotations, contract negotiations, and deal closing Advise
customers on suitable equipment solutions and technical
requirements Participate in international trade fairs, industry
conferences, and customer meetings Coordinate refurbishment,
transportation, and delivery activities in close collaboration with
operational teams Work closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement,
Workshops, and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain
sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer activities within the CRM
system Monitor market developments and prepare regular sales and
business reports Your Profile Proven experience in B2B sales,
ideally within capital equipment, industrial machinery, vehicle
sales, or similar sectors Strong commercial mindset with excellent
negotiation and closing skills Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and
capable of working independently in international markets
Outstanding relationship-building and networking abilities
Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical affinity and the ability to understand equipment
specifications and market values Willingness to travel extensively
across Europe and internationally Fluent English language skills;
additional Southern European languages are considered an advantage
