ensuring stakeholders are engaged and new ways of working are effectively adopted.- Translate complex programme data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders and support informed decision-making.- Support Project Managers and business stakeholders by sharing best practices and continuously improving ways of working.- Work across different countries, cultures and time zones, ensuring alignment between general objectives and regional execution.About you?- Significant experience in PMO, Program Management or Transformation Management within complex international environments.- Previous experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Consumer Health or other regulated industries.- Proven experience managing large, multi-country programmes or portfolios.- Strong background in governance, delivery management, risk, issue and dependency management.- Experience working with and influencing senior Business and Technology stakeholders.- Hands-on experience with Change Man
