ART DIRECTOR CHALET BEREZKA MARBELLA

Chalet Berezka Marbella is looking for a creative and experienced Art Director to lead the artistic and entertainment direction of our new venue.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead the artistic vision and entertainment identity of Chalet Berezka Marbella.
- - Create and curate a dynamic entertainment programme, including live performances, musicians, DJs, shows and special events.
- - Develop the programme around the Marbella seasonal calendar, understanding the rhythm, audience and energy of the summer season, as well as key local and international events.
- - Source, audition and manage artists, performers, musicians and creative talent, building a strong international network.
- - Develop signature shows, performances and creative concepts that become part of the Berezka experience.
- - Work closely with production teams and have a strong understanding of professional sound systems, lighting, staging and technical production to ensure high-quality performances.
- - Lead rehearsals and oversee the artistic quality and execution of all performances.
- - Collaborate closely with F&B;, operations,



marketing and management to create a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- - Develop special entertainment concepts for VIP events, celebrations and private occasions.
- - Stay up to date with international trends in hospitality, music, nightlife and entertainment, bringing fresh ideas to Marbella.
- - Manage the entertainment budget and ensure the programme delivers both creative quality and commercial value.
- - Take a leading role in the pre-opening, from talent selection and rehearsals to developing the opening entertainment programme.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Art Director, Entertainment Director, Creative Director or similar, ideally within luxury hospitality, restaurants, clubs or entertainment.
- - Strong network of artists, musicians, performers and creative professionals.
- - Excellent understanding of live entertainment, music, sound and lighting.
- - Strong creative vision combined with excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- - Understanding of the Marbella market, seasonal dynamics and international clientele is highly desirable.
