¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

- Develop and execute the commercial strategy across Spain.
- Identify, generate and close new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing accounts within the healthcare sector.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, procurement departments, and biomedical engineering teams.
- Drive sales of medical device maintenance, repair and technical service solutions.
- Support and manage tender processes, quotations and contract negotiations.
- Develop partnerships with distributors and channel partners.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline in line with company standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, congresses and conferences.
- Collaborate with international teams to maximise growth opportunities

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within Healthcare,



Medical Devices or Healthcare Services.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish healthcare market.
- Proven track record in business development and new customer acquisition.
- Established network within hospitals, hospital groups and procurement departments.
- Experience selling services rather than purely products is highly desirable.
- Experience in endoscopy, surgical devices, biomedical maintenance or technical healthcare services would be advantageous.
- Highly autonomous, proactive and results-driven.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
