You start your day at a major industrial construction site, where you coordinate daily activities alongside a diverse project team. As the key onsite representative, you work closely with customers, authorities, contractors, partners, and consultants to ensure successful project execution.



You collaborate with project management and back-office teams to keep activities aligned with project goals, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Every day brings new challenges, requiring strong leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

How You'll Make an Impact

- Take overall responsibility for onsite execution activities within the Siemens Energy scope of work, ensuring delivery against quality, schedule, and financial targets.
- Lead and promote a strong Zero Harm Culture by ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and procedures across the site.
- Represent project management onsite and serve as the primary contact for customers, authorities, contractors, partners, and consultants.
- Manage deviations, risks, claims, corrective actions, and escalation topics that may impact project scope, budget, quality, or schedule.
- Monitor project progress through cost revie
