We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join a leading high-tech electronics company in Eindhoven. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality across the full lifecycle, with a strong focus on New Product Introduction (NPI), customer quality, and electronics manufacturing environments (PCBA).

Your role As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet both internal standards and customer expectations from development through to mass production and end-of-life

You will work closely with engineering, production, and customers to ensure robust quality processes and continuous improvement

Key responsibilities include

- Supportin g New Product Introduction (NP I) from a quality perspective (design transfer, process validation, risk assessment
- Acting as the main contact fo r customer quality issues and escalations
- Leading root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Ishikaw a) and driving structural solutions
- Ensuring alignment between customer requirements and internal processes
- Supporting electronics / PCBA manufacturing processes
- Driving continuous improvement in product and process quality
- Collaborating closely with R&D;, manufacturing,



and supply chain teams

Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or similar
- Around 7 years of experience in Quality Engineering
- Strong experience in electronics manufacturing environments (PCBA is a plus)
- Solid background in NPI and/or customer quality
- Experience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, APQP
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Confident communicator, able to work with both internal stakeholders and customers

- 1 year Xelvin contract including competitive salary, holiday allowance, paid holidays and pension xugodme
- A competitive gross salary in the range of € 3,900 - € 6,500 / month (full-time), depending on experience and results
- Relocation package from Xelvin: Finding the right new challenge, flight to the Netherlands paid by Xelvin, arrangement of documentation that is needed to work in the Netherlands and guidance from our housing consultant to find accommodation
