We are looking for a Database Administrator (DBA)to join ourCTO team, to be part of a new Data Platform team. You will be involved in the administration and optimization of heterogeneous environments, both on-premise and in the cloud (AWS), ensuring performance, reliability, and security for mission-critical systems. * Administration and configuration of SQL Server, MongoDB, MariaDB, and MySQL databases * Management of on-premise and cloud (AWS) environments * Continuous performance monitoring and tuning activities * Implementation of backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies * Data security management, access control, and compliance * Automation of recurring activities * Collaboration with DevOps and Development teams throughout the application lifecycle * Creation and maintenance of technical documentation * Support for migration projects to/from cloud environments * Participation in on-call rotations to support production systems YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE: Hard Skills * Solid experience in administering Microsoft SQL Server (2018+), MySQL, MariaDB, and MongoDB * Experience with HA/DR architectures, replication, clustering, and sharding * Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to optimize complex queries * Proficiency in backup/restore strategies, monitoring,
