What you will do

- Design and build high-quality features end-to-end across web and backend platforms with a
- focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Participate actively in technical design discussions and contribute meaningful input on
- architecture and implementation approaches.
- Partner closely with Product and Design to rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate on new ideas,
- helping shape requirements and technical solutions in areas where the path forward may not yet
- be fully defined.
- Write well-tested, well-documented code and hold a high bar in code review.

Must have-
- Good years of professional software engineering experience building production systems, including




- rich experience in end-to-end system design and delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development and React/Next.js or React Native for UI development; must have hands-on full stack engineering experience.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, testing practices, and delivery fundamentals.
- Clear written and verbal communication with teammates, product managers, and stakeholders.

Nice to have
- Prior experience in distributed systems, high-traffic services, or data-intensive platforms.
- Familiarity with agile/scrum delivery models.
- Experience integrating third-party video conferencing solutions into web or enterprise
- applications using APIs or SDKs. xugodme

Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required
- Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM
