We are partnering with a leading international Consumer Goods company to identify an outstanding HR Director who will report directly to the General Manager and be a key member of the Leadership Team.

We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented HR leader who can drive organizational performance, foster a high-performing culture, and ensure that the people strategy is fully aligned with business objectives.

In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this role will have full leadership and accountability for delivering the Human Resources strategy, supporting business growth, and creating an exceptional employee experience across the organization.

Major Accountabilities

- Partner with the General Manager and Leadership Team as a trusted advisor, contributing to the development and execution of the company’s business strategy.
- Design and implement the Human Resources strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Lead the People & Culture agenda, promoting a culture of performance, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition and employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead organizational design and transformation projects, supporting business growth and change management initiatives.
- Partner closely with business leaders to identify organizational needs and deliver impactful people solutions.
- Oversee compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are implemented effectively and remain compliant with local legislation and company standards.
- Leverage people analytics and HR metrics to support decision-making and continuously improve organizational effectiveness.




- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles such as HR Director, Head of HR, Senior HR Business Partner, or similar positions.
- Previous experience within multinational Consumer Goods, Retail, FMCG, or other highly dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Strong expertise across all HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, labor relations, learning & development, and culture transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while also maintaining a hands-on and operational approach.
- Experience leading organizational transformation, culture change, and business growth initiatives.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility throughout the organization.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong values, integrity, and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are considered a plus.
