Join a fast-growing international SaaS company that helps eCommerce
businesses improve their online sales through innovative digital
solutions. As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales
cycle, working with prospective clients from the first contact
through to closing the deal. Your Role You'll own the entire sales
process—from prospecting and discovery to closing new business and
handing over customers to the Customer Experience team. Your
responsibilities include: Manage the complete sales cycle from
prospecting to closing. Contact qualified leads assigned
automatically by the system. Conduct discovery calls and product
demonstrations. Guide prospects through a free trial period.
Convert trial users into paying customers. Build strong
relationships with decision-makers. Achieve and exceed monthly
sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure a
smooth customer handover after closing. Performance Metrics Success
in this role is measured by: 80–100 outbound calls per day Product
demonstrations and client meetings Trial-to-paid conversion rate
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated Overall sales target
achievement Ramp-up targets: Month 0: 0% Month 1: 0% Month 2: 30%
Month 3: 60% Month 4: 100% What We're Looking For Native Polish
speaker. Native or bilingual English. Must already reside in Spain
(mandatory). 1–6 years of commercial sales experience. Previous
experience in:



o B2B Sales o SDR o BDR o Outbound prospecting o
Call center sales Comfortable with high-volume cold calling. Strong
KPI and target-driven mindset. Excellent communication and
negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time-management
abilities. Base Salary €30,000 gross per year Uncapped Monthly
Commission Target commission: €600/month Performance multipliers:
Below 80% target x1 80% target x1.3 100% target x2 150% target x3
Examples: 100% target = €1,200 commission 150% target = €1,800
commission Quarterly Performance Accelerator If your average
quarterly performance exceeds 150%, all commissions earned during
that quarter are recalculated using the 3x multiplier,
significantly increasing your earnings. Career progression
opportunities: Account Executive II – €35,000 base salary Account
Executive III – €40,000 base salary Work Schedule Monday–Thursday:
09:00–18:00 Friday: 09:00–15:00 Flexibility to work in alignment
with the US time zone when required, particularly during
onboarding. Hybrid Work Model First 4 weeks: Full-time on-site
training in Madrid. After onboarding, hybrid work becomes available
once at least 70% of sales targets are consistently achieved.
Approximately one office visit per month. Business travel expenses
related to office visits are fully covered. Benefits Permanent
