What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in building and evolving a visibility platform that enables engineering and operations teams to better understand system performance, detect anomalies faster and proactively address issues before they impact users.

Your responsibilities will include

- Designing and enhancing observability capabilities across applications, infrastructure and network environments.
- Translating business and technical requirements into meaningful monitoring and analytics solutions.
- Building a unified view of system health through metrics, logs and network telemetry.
- Driving automation initiatives to reduce operational overhead and improve service reliability.
- Integrating observability capabilities into modern software delivery and CI/CD processes.
- Identifying patterns and opportunities within large volumes of operational data to improve performance and decision-making.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure platform scalability and continuous improvement.
- Exploring how AI and machine learning can enhance incident detection, root cause analysis and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

Technical Experience

- 5 years working within enterprise-scale technology environments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking and distributed systems.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, performance analysis or platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience with scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience working with source code repositories and modern delivery pipelines.
