In this role you develop and extend control software for wind turbines, focusing on operational control and PLC-based implementations. You define software requirements, ensure quality through HiL and on-site testing, and document the software. You will work with multiple departments in an international environment to deliver reliable control solutions that support sustainable wind energy.

- Develop and enhance control technology functions for wind turbine operation
- Clarify software requirements and produce software specifications
- Implement software on PLCs according to IEC 61131
- Define test and acceptance criteria for wind turbine software qualification
- Assure quality with software tests on HiL setups and on-site at turbines
- Create related software documentation




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment
- Technical degree in electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable qualification
- Plc software development experience according to IEC 61131 (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus TCP)
- Good command of MS Office and especially MS Access
- Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink (preferable)
- Experience with agile software xugodme development (SCRUM) (preferable)
