As one of the first commercial hires, you'll play a pivotal role in building the outbound sales function from the ground up. Working closely with the Regional Director, you'll generate new business opportunities, help shape commercial processes and contribute directly to the company's growth from its very first days in the market. If you're passionate about outbound sales and excited by the opportunity to build something from scratch, this could be the perfect next step.

Generate qualified business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting





Qualify opportunities and schedule product demonstrations for the Regional Director

Keep CRM records accurate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot

Gather customer feedback and market insights to help refine the commercial strategy

Contribute ideas to improve sales messaging, outreach strategies and commercial processes

Help establish scalable sales best practices during the company's launch phase

At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales Development, outbound sales or lead generation

Previous experience working in structured outbound sales environments

Experience using HubSpot CRM (mandatory)

Energetic with a proactive approach to business development

Collaborative and excited by the opportunity to join an early-stage business

Based in Barcelona and able to work from the office
