Sales engineer (m/f/d)

Your Challenge

- Win new integrator customers and open new accounts
- Identify ITS projects early across urban transport, bus, tram, rail and metro
- Position SWARCO passenger information displays in integrator bids and projects
- Understand customer needs and prepare technical and commercial offer
- Negotiate and follow every opportunity through to order
- Build relationships with technical, procurement and management stakeholders
- Coordinate offers with Engineering, Production and Operations
- Maintain a clear opportunity pipeline and reliable sales forecasts
- Deliver an agreed annual sales target while protecting price, margin and profitability

Your Profile

- Commercial experience in ITS, public transport or a related technology market
- Knowledge of bus, tram, rail or metro projects
- Experience selling products to integrators, engineering companies or installers
- Proven ability to open accounts and create new opport
- Consultative selling experience,



from needs analysis to proposal and closing
- Technical education, preferably an Engineering degree
- Strong drive to win, persistence and disciplined follow-up
- Very good English and willingness to travel
