In this role you will enable data-driven decisions across the Data Operations team by analyzing data, building insights and dashboards, and advising management on strategic actions. You’ll work in a multinational, collaborative environment to transform raw data into actionable recommendations and monitoring tools that align with business objectives. Expect hands-on work with SQL, Python, ETL tasks, and data visualization to shape operational improvements and storytelling.

- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role
- Curiosity to understand why events happen and to deliver actionable results
- Interest in AI and practical analytics with experience using LLMs or AI-powered xugodme tools
- Strong SQL, familiarity with visualization tools (Metabase a plus), and Python or R
- Outgoing, proactive, able to work independently and with others
- Ability to engage and influence decision makers;
