In this role you drive tutor acquisition at Preply, shaping the growth engine for a scalable marketplace. You’ll own end-to-end acquisition, collaborating with Marketing, CRM, Data, and Product to build repeatable channels. You’ll optimize paid and organic funnels, launch new channels, and define KPI frameworks to guide spend and channel mix. This position offers high ownership in a fast-moving, expansion-focused environment and Impact by growing tutor supply across languages and subjects.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Monitor SEM and paid social campaign performance and iterate with Marketing to fix underperformance
- Collaborate with SEO and CRM to boost organic acquisition and improve lead-to-tutor conversion
- Own job board strategy end-to-end across LinkedIn and other boards, including sourcing and posting
- Test and launch new acquisition channels and partnerships (referrals, affiliate) without a playbook
- Define and evolve KPI/reporting framework (e.g.,



ATAC, Conversion Rate, ROI) and guide budget decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create scalable acquisition playbooks for future growth
- Build and scale acquisition processes that can extend to language-subject expansion

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years in growth/performance marketing or demand generation with hands-on budget ownership (SEM and/or paid social)
- CRM fluency and strong funnel math (conversion rate, CAC, LTV/CAC) capable of building KPI frameworks
- Experience xugodme building and scaling a channel or process from scratch
- Comfort operating in both centralized and autonomous channel ownership
- Growth mindset with strong interpersonal and influencing skills in fast-paced settings
- Proficiency with data/analytics tools (Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tool a plus)
