In this role you will redesign how Ru0026amp;D is organized and led in an AI-driven era, partnering with engineering and product leaders. You will translate AI-driven changes into concrete people strategies, from org design to hiring and performance. The focus is speed, clarity, and reducing bureaucracy to empower builders.

You’ll bridge strategy with execution, shaping teams and leadership to thrive amid ambiguity. This is a mission to redefine Ru0026amp;D with a people system that scales with AI.
