At SanLucar, Sustainability and ESG standards play an essential role in the way we do business. We have developed a integral sustainability strategy focused on environmental and social objectives, contributing positively to society while minimizing our environmental impact.

You will join an international and multidisciplinary environment within the Quality & Sustainability department, where you will gain hands-on experience in corporate sustainability and ESG practices in the agri-food sector.

Your passion – our daily business

- You will support day-to-day sustainability and ESG-related activities within the Sustainability team.
- You will assist with data collection for sustainability reporting and ESG indicators.
- You will help organize, update and maintain sustainability-related documentation, templates and internal materials.
- You will support basic follow-up tasks related to the Sustainability Management System under supervision.
- You will assist with administrative and organizational tasks linked to supplier ESG monitoring activities.
- You will support the collection and organization of sustainability-related information from different internal stakeholders.
- You will conduct basic research on sustainability, ESG trends and relevant regulations.
- You will help prepare summaries, presentations and internal reports.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring Along

- Current student or recent graduate in Sustainability, Environmental or related fields.
- Background in the agri-food sector is a plus.
- No previous professional experience required. Passion and strong interest in sustainability and environmental topics are essential.
- Fluent Spanish and English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Analytical mindset, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
