We are looking for an experienced Workday Global Data Lead to join Project Leapfrog, a integral HR transformation program focused on building a standardized, scalable and AI enabled Workday platform.

? Location: Barcelona, Spain preferred | Europe based candidates considered

? Remote: Yes, with occasional onsite workshops

? Start: ASAP

? Contract: Until EOY initially, with expected extension until July 2027

? Openings: 3+

Key requirements

- Strong experience as a Workday Data or Migration Lead
- Experience leading or overseeing legacy to Workday data migration
- Strong understanding of data cleansing, deduplication and historical data migration decisions
- Experience with Workday HCM Core, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting and EIBs
- Strong data mapping and data governance experience
- Experience with migration testing, reconciliation and validation
- Experience managing cutover planning, freeze periods and fallback plans




- Ability to challenge and oversee SI or implementation partners
- Strong understanding of downstream HR systems, integrations, payroll, benefits and talent systems
- Good knowledge of GDPR and data privacy requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- English mandatory, Spanish is a plus

This is a business side data leadership role. The implementation partner will execute the technical migration, while the Data Lead will own the accuracy, governance, validation and overall migration strategy.
