At HARTMANN, we are shaping the future of Demand Planning through our General
Planning Hub based in Barcelona.
As part of an international transformation journey, we are expanding our
centralized planning capabilities to support multiple countries and markets
across Europe and beyond. We are looking for a Senior Demand Planner who wants
to work in a highly collaborative, international, and data-driven environment,
contributing to the evolution of modern Supply Chain planning.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with regional markets, global
planning teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-evolving setup
focused on operational excellence, scalability, and future-ready planning
capabilities.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Demand Planner within the Global Planning Hub, you will play a key
role in driving forecast quality, planning transparency, and S&OP; excellence
across international markets.
You will collaborate closely with commercial organizations, finance, operations,
and global planning teams to ensure robust and reliable demand plans aligned
with business strategy and customer needs.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Analyze statistical forecasts and validate baseline demand plans based on
historical data and business insights
* Collaborate with local market organizations to integrate enrichments,
promotions, risks, and opportunities into demand plans
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date forecasts are maintained
