JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic Solution Manager with deep understanding of
high-performance Workstation systems and applications to define and drive
solutions for our Workstation product line. The idóneo candidate would be able to
understand the need of the customers and provide a well-thought-out solution to
meet the customer's specifications and deliver outstanding service. This
individual will have the capability to work together with cross-functional team




to enable and champion Supermicro workstation solutions to worldwide sales team
and customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may
also be assigned):
• Create product solution roadmaps and develop strategy for successful product
deployment based on deep understanding of customer requirements
• Manage technical resources within the organization to address client needs
when necessary
• Define and provide creative solutions and overcome constraints to meet
customer requirements of the demanding market
• Develop and manage GTM programs and resources to drive workstation solutions
with internal teams and customers

• To understand and resolve challenges by collaborating with internal business
partner and technical members
