Overview In this role you drive strategic initiatives within Alira Health's PMO, translating corporate strategy into actionable plans and ensuring high-impact project delivery and M&A; integrations. You lead cross-functional teams, partner with the COO and senior leadership, and advance operational governance and process optimization. Your work shapes the organization's strategic execution and transformation across global offices.

This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role with meaningful impact on performance and growth.

Responsabilidades

Oversee budgets and financial performance for corporate projects, track costs, resources, and risks

Lead breakdown of strategic goals into operational plans and drive large-scale initiatives within the PMO portfolio

Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate M&A; and operational improvements into wider strategy

Establish governance frameworks, standardize PM practices across offices, ensure regulatory compliance

Design and implement client governance to align operations with client needs and monitor satisfaction

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership; represent the PMO in leadership meetings





Provide mentorship and development pathways for PMO team members and foster accountability and continuous improvement

Lead process optimization and adoption of lean/agile methodologies; drive adoption of tools and technologies to improve efficiency

Oversee the PMO portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes

Identify and implement AI-enabled capabilities to enhance management workflows and reduce manual effort

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree

6-7+ years of project management experience

3+ years leading cross-functional teams in a general environment

Proven track record with large-scale operational projects and strategic planning

Experience working with senior leadership (COO or C-suite)

Familiarity with international operations, especially US and EU markets

Exceptional leadership and team management

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across functions and geographies

Strategic thinking with execution focus

Expertise in project portfolio management tools and methodologies

Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)

Financial performance tracking and KPI analysis
