As a Senior Account Executive, you'll take ownership of growing Degusta Box in the German market.

Build relationships, win new business and grow existing partnerships with FMCG brands. You'll own the full commercial journey — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing and account growth — while working closely with our teams to create campaigns that deliver real value for our clients. You'll be selling more than a sampling box: you'll help brands find the right combination of sampling, research and social media to achieve their marketing goals.

Own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account growth. Build and nurture strong relationships with FMCG and Food & Beverage brands. Manage your sales pipeline effectively through Pipedrive.





Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our services. Help strengthen and grow the Degusta Box brand in Germany. Native-level German and strong professional English. 3+ years of B2B sales experience.

Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and closing deals.

Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Marketing, Media or Market Research.

Experience mentoring, coordinating projects or taking ownership beyond your core role.
