In this role you drive growth for the Agentforce Service platform by expanding ACV with existing customers through upsell and cross-sell. You will uncover customer objectives via discovery and translate them into compelling value cases across the Agentforce and Service Cloud stack. You'll align cross-functional teams and partners to advance deals and support lasting customer success.

Build and execute account plans to retain and grow Annual Contract Value (ACV) with existing customers, focused on upsell and cross-sell opportunities Run discovery to understand customers' processes and goals,



turning insights into use cases and value hypotheses Craft and present compelling value propositions across the Agentforce and Service Cloud stack (customer service, ITSM, HR service) Align account teams and partner ecosystems to move deals forward and support long-term customer success Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales Proven experience selling Contact Center, ITSM, HR Service, or Service Engagement software Strong discovery and solutioning skills with ability to build account plans around upsell/cross-sell growth Confident communicator across written, verbal, and presentation formats collaboration across cross-functional teams customer-centric mindset solutions-based selling in enterprise software discovery and value-hypothesis framing account planning and upsell/cross-sell strategizing
