This is a full-time AI Agent Engineer / Full Stack Experience (Python) position based in Madrid, with a hybrid work model that combines on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining AI agents, including building backend services and integrating them into production environments.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing Python-based services, integrating APIs, working with data pipelines, and collaborating with product, design,



and ML teams to turn business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Strong

Python development skills, including experience building backend services, APIs, and integrations for production systems. Solid understanding of full stack principles (e.g., RESTful APIs, web frameworks, basic front-end integration, and working with databases such as SQL or NoSQL). Proficiency in software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code review processes.

Comfort with cloud platforms and deployment environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools such as Docker or similar. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and in a hybrid on-site/remote setting in Madrid. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
