- Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and reliability issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend long-term improvements.
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to improve platform reliability.
- Drive proactive monitoring strategies leveraging predictive analytics, automation, and AIOps practices. Grafana, Centreon, Splunk, New Relic, AppDynamics, Elastic Observability and Prometheus.
- ELK Stack and LogicMonitor.
- Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform and Ansible.
- CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps Methodologies.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- 5-10 years in Observability, Monitoring, SRE, DevOps, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline; alternatively, Higher Vocational Training (FP) in a relevant technical field.
- Hands-on experience with one or more observability platforms such as Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, Centreon, New Relic, Elastic Observability, or Prometheus.
- Experience supporting cloud-native and distributed environments.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, and/or Ansible.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and modern DevOps practices.
- Observability, Cloud, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications are highly desirable.
- English: Spanish: Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, with on-call participation when required.
- Hybrid Model: Up to 60% remote working. Permanent contract - We offer indefinite contracts from the first day.
